How long do I have to request a return?
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
How do I request a refund?
Simply email us at info@cleanicaclub.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our support team will guide you through the process.
Do I need to return the product?
In most cases, yes—we may ask you to return unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used Cleanica Towels cannot be resold, but please contact us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at info@cleanicaclub.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
